AI reads them the same way as orders, and also checks the totals, the supplier, and whether the invoice has come in twice.

From the transcript of the meeting, it writes finished minutes in your template and in your style. A person checks them and sends them out.
How it works
- The order arrives by email just like today. Customers don’t need to change anything.
- AI reads the email and the attachment and prepares a draft: the customer, items, quantities and prices. For each item, it shows how confident it is.
- The sales rep checks the draft, corrects it if needed, and confirms it.
- Only then is the order entered into the accounting or warehouse software.

We sign a GDPR data processing agreement with every client. For AI, we use paid versions of models whose providers state in their terms that they don’t use your data for training.
Once you’ve paid, the system is yours, and you can take your data back from us at any time.
