AI reads the enquiry, finds the right equipment with pricing and puts together a quote. For installations, it offers two or three options straight away.
How it used to be
Someone had to read every enquiry by hand, look for the right equipment in the catalogue, work out prices and write a quote. Then there was also the hire agreement and the paperwork for the invoice. The same thing over and over, for both hire and installations.
How it works now
The enquiry comes in by email and AI reads it. It finds the equipment and prices in the company’s catalogue and puts together a quote, with two or three set options for installations. A person just checks it and sends it off. The system fills in the equipment loan agreement and the deposit paperwork on its own.
