The warehouse worker opens a dispatch note on a tablet and puts the goods on the scale. The weight is recorded automatically, a label is printed, and the invoice is created without any retyping.
A system for sales reps (CRM)
It tracks what each prospect has done and tells the sales rep who to call today. It sends prospects follow-up emails itself, in the sales rep’s name.
An app for customers and staff
After logging in, everyone sees only their own information. For example, in a network of after-school clubs, tutors have their timetable and attendance on their phone, and parents can see the status of the enrolment and payments.
Quotes and calculations
A prospect fills in their address and receives a quote within minutes. AI works out from a satellite image how many solar panels will fit on their roof, what output they’ll have, and when the investment will pay for itself.
How the system is built
- On a 30-minute call, you tell us how you work today and where it’s not working. You don’t need to prepare anything.
- We sketch out how the system will work and work out how much it will save you. We set the price so it pays for itself within six months.
- We build it in stages. We show you each one and teach your people how to use it. Only then do we move on to the next part.
- Once it’s paid for, the system is yours. With a monthly flat fee, we monitor it, back it up and adjust it when something changes.

It depends on the scope. We put the delivery date in the contract, and it starts counting once we have the deposit and the materials from you. We build larger systems in stages, so the first part runs as soon as possible and you’re not waiting for everything at once.
The initial consultation is free and with no obligation. Even before that, you can get a free AI analysis: you describe how things work for you, and we show you how it could be solved and simplified. Before you order anything, you know what we’ll build, how it will work and what it will cost.
We put a lot of value on quality and reliability. After handover, you try the system out in everyday work, and we fix any bugs you find. And if what we build for you doesn’t work the way it should, we’ll give you a full refund.
If something doesn’t work the way we promised, we fix it for free. If you have a monthly plan, we keep an eye on the system for you: we check the connections, back it up every day, and adjust it if one of the connected apps changes. The monthly plan also includes hours for small tweaks.
For a bigger change, we’ll give you a price upfront and only start once you’ve agreed to it.
