How it used to be
Minutes of long technical meetings at European level used to be written by hand from notes and recordings. Each one has to have exactly the same structure and style, and that takes hours.
How it works now
From the meeting transcript, AI automatically writes the finished minutes following rules drawn up from the client’s existing minutes: the same structure, speakers labelled by country, the discussion condensed to the same degree. The minutes are produced directly in the client’s template, with header, logo and page numbers. It also converts minutes written by another organisation about the same meeting into the same style. A person just checks it over.
