No one retypes orders from email any more

AI reads an order, enquiry or invoice from an email, even if it comes as a PDF, a spreadsheet or plain text in a foreign language. It prepares a draft, and your sales rep just checks and confirms it. Only then are the details entered into the accounting or warehouse software.

Enrolment and school fees without spreadsheets or hunting for payments

The parent fills in the application and signs the contract online. The system calculates school fees, including the sibling discount, and the school sends out invoices with a QR code to pay. Bank payments are automatically matched to the children, and anyone who doesn’t pay gets a reminder. In one place, the headteacher can see who has paid and who has been sent a reminder. We adapt to each school and its processes.
