Invoices for the whole office with one confirmation
Agency
The system gathers the whole team’s work, works out prices from each client’s price list and issues invoices in two different accounting apps. It sends reminders for unpaid ones on its own.
How it used to be
Every month, someone had to put together by hand who did what for which client and for how much. Then invoices were written out one by one, and unpaid ones had to be tracked separately.
How it works now
Team members log their work in two simple forms. The system reads the tax part itself from the software the office keeps it in. It fills in prices using each client’s price list, which we built from their past invoices, puts together a monthly summary, and once it’s confirmed, issues invoices in two different accounting apps. It keeps track of unpaid invoices on its own.
What we’ve built
- Two forms for logging work, with a reminder if someone doesn’t fill them in
- A separate price list for each client
- A monthly summary to check and confirm
- Issuing and sending invoices
- Tracking unpaid invoices
A real project, we don’t name the client.
