School fees that match themselves up and send reminders

Parents enrol their child and sign the contract online. The app works out the school fees, including the sibling discount, matches bank payments to the children, and sends a reminder to anyone who doesn’t pay, and a penalty once it’s overdue.
How it used to be
Enrolments, contracts and school fees used to be handled by hand in spreadsheets and emails. Contracts were printed and signed, payments were tracked down on bank statements, and admin staff wrote the reminders themselves.
How it works now
Parents fill in the enrolment form online and sign the contract remotely. The app automatically finds siblings and works out the discounted school fees. The school sends out school fee statements with a QR code for payment. The app matches payments from the bank; anyone who doesn’t pay gets a reminder, and a penalty once it’s overdue.
