Contracts with instructors came by email, attendance was logged by hand, and parents kept asking about enrolment and payments. Office staff answered the emails, hundreds of them every day.
How it works now
Management, instructors and parents all work in one system, and most of the work now runs automatically. Instructors have the schedule and attendance on their phone, and parents can see the status of the enrolment and payments. AI connected to the clubs’ data handles parents’ routine questions and answers just as someone from the office would.
